All products sold on S'Graphics are digital content (mod packs, textures, presets, scripts, etc.) delivered via instant download after payment. Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be issued once the download link has been sent or the file has been downloaded, except in cases of a confirmed technical defect (corrupted file, non-functional link, content missing from what was described).

Order Mistakes

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, contact us before downloading the file. Once the download has taken place, no exchange or refund can be granted for this reason.
